LAYING OF CORNERSTONE,  OCTOBER 4, 1909

His Excellency Earl Grey, Governor General of Canada, lays the cornerstone to the Saskatchewan Legislative Building. The building was officially opened by his Royal Highness, the Duke of Connaught, on October 12, 1912.
